Every paper is made-to-order, and our writers cannot use any unsourced information, including parts of previously completed works. All papers we complete go through a state of the art plagiarism detection software, and the reports are available on request.

We do not use TurnItIn to check for plagiarism, since it saves all submitted papers to a single database and will flag that same paper as plagiarized if you submit it a second time. To avoid trouble for you, we use other software.

When your order has been completed, you can see a preview of it. In the case that you feel like something needs to be changed, you will have the option to order a free revision – up to three of them on each separate paper.

The paper you've ordered is guaranteed to arrive before the deadline you chose, and they start at three hours for our most urgent orders. Please make sure that you're choosing a suitable deadline, since work on your paper will only start after the payment has been processed.

Yes! If you like the paper a certain writer has created for you, save their ID number, and use it to request the same writer next time you order. Please make sure you're ordering sufficiently ahead of time. The writer in question might be already working on an order when you input yours.

Our system takes into account three factors when calculating the price: deadline, academic level, paper type and pagecount. You will be able to adjust the price of your paper when creating your order, but we ask you not to input a lower academic level than yours actually is, since this may result in insufficient quality for your academic level.

When your paper is finished, it will arrive in the inbox on your account page. You will be notified by email when this happens.

Unfortunately, grades are a subjective metric, so we cannot guarantee that you will receive a certain grade. However, we do guarantee that you will receive a high-quality paper, as well as your satisfaction with it.

Yes! When inputting your order, you will have the option to attach files. You will also have the option to send files to your writer using the messaging system on your account page.

If this is your first time ordering form us, we might need to authorize your order, that is, verify that it's the cardholder placing the order, and not someone else. Authorization might be annoying, but it's how we protect our customers and ourselves from fraud accusations.
